I am an Army veteran with over 22 years of experience working with veterans, military and civilian personnel, disabled clients, correctional population, adolescents/juveniles, and clients with addiction issues. I have a Master of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I specialize in Sports Psychology with a background as personal training/master fitness coach, couples/family counseling, Eating Disorders including body dysmorphia, Major Depressive Disorder, behaviour and anxiety therapies. During my training I was provided the skills and expertise, my experience afforded me the knowledge to complete a Veteran's Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) form. I support individuals with disability claims, vocational evaluation and during crisis situations. I have certifications in sports psychology and as a personal trainer/master fitness coach, couples therapy, eating disorders, crisis intervention, vocational rehab counselor, and much more. I use a combination of CBT, Eclectic, MI, SFBT and REBT therapies during sessions. My goal is to assist the client with feeling internal peace and happiness in a nonjudgmental and confidential environment. I offer individual Telehealth therapy sessions to clients who do not have a flexible schedule and group counseling for skill development, support, psychoeducation, psychotherapy and much more.
